We are located in a small town called Sandston in the County of Henrico Virginia. That is six miles East of Richmond Virginia . I will provide Inspections to the tri cities area and also to Hanover, New Kent, West Point, Saluda, Gloucester, Deltaville and Middlesex. If I did not mention your area please call and I would love to have an opportunity to provide service to you as well.

Who We Are

Hi my name is Ronnie; my nick-name is Cobra. That name was given to me by co-workers who said I would quickly “spring” into action to solve a problem or make a statement, not to mention of not being afraid to crawl into tight spaces to fix a problem. I am married to my child-hood sweetheart of thirty seven years Paula, who some times assists me. We have three sons Brent an electrician, RJ a Mechanical Contractor (www.cookmechanical.com) and BB our Shih Tzu, of whom the company name derives from. After retiring with 40 years of working in the construction and mechanical field, I decided I wanted to something different.  Home inspections seemed the field to go into. By using my past experience and the training I received by the American Home Inspection Training Institute, (www.ahit.com.) I can give to them, the best information available on making the largest purchase in their life.
