Our job is to do that for you, but if you want to tag along you are welcome to. Most folks prefer to look at the digital photographs we provide.

This is a toilet about to come through.to the crawl space. OUCH to whoever was reading up on the news. The home owner had the vinyl flooring replaced last year but  the contractor failed to properly set the wax ring, this is what happens.

Now not only will the vinyl flooring have to be replaced again, the entire subfloor also will have to be replaced at a cost of over a thousand dollars extra wasted dollars..

 After a roof replacement in a Condo community, the contractor failed to run the dryer vent through the roof and just left this dryer duct folded up in the attic. Not only did the customer lose energy efficiency while drying their clothes,the family and other tenants were put in serious danger of a fire in the attic.
