Before you decide to sell your home it is a great idea to have a Prelisting  inspection so that you will know what shape the house is actually in. What that means is that a highly trained inspector will know what corrections or repairs will most likely need to be taken care of to make a quick sale of the house. For some reason  home inspections are requested by the buyer or agent at the last minute and this can cost you time and proffit if closeing is delayed

We will pull the top covers of your septic tank to check for proper operation,  and if necessary have the tank pumped. This simple inspection is a good idea every couple of years to determine if your tanks biological living organisms are healthy. 

For your families safety and healthy living, a Mold inspection is a good idea. if you have a musty or other unexplained odor inside your house. Does any one living in the house have allergys or complain of frequent headaces? If the answer is yes then you should concider a Mold inspection by a certified mold inspector.
